At IslandFresh2U, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering premium frozen meats and seafood in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. No Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered and received in good condition. We strongly advise customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item was incorrect or missing from your order
  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled due to handling
  • There is clear evidence that the issue was not caused by improper storage after delivery

We reserve the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (FPX, debit card, or e-wallet). Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
