Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Prepare the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Combine: Return salmon to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle parsley before serving.
